Main introduction:
The RD-3505 is a small, lightweight, compact, portable industrial X-ray flaw detector with strong penetration, time and labor saving, high stability, low failure rate, and continuous 15-minute exposure operation without 1:1 rest. It is suitable for double-wall single-image radiography of chemical tanks and large-diameter pipes, improving work efficiency by 50%.
The equipment is lightweight and portable, with the generator weighing only 34kg, and features a compact design. This series of equipment is available in directional and circumferential versions, with a maximum penetration thickness of 55mm for Q235 steel.
This series of flaw detectors are SF6 gas insulated portable X-ray flaw detectors, which are composed of the following parts:
X-ray generator, intelligent controller, power cable, connecting cable, accessories, etc.
The X-ray generator is a combined structure. The high voltage transformer (including the X-ray tube filament winding) and the X-ray tube are installed in the same tube barrel. The tube barrel is made of aluminum and is sealed. It is filled with sulfur hexafluoride (SF6 is a kind of fluorine chemical product) insulating gas, which has good electrical insulation properties for high voltage.
In order to facilitate the heat dissipation of the X-ray tube, an anode grounding method is adopted. A multi-blade aluminum radiator is installed at the protruding end of the anode target, and a fan is installed on the radiator. The fan is used for forced cooling to enhance the heat dissipation effect. A layer of lead plate for anti-scattering is also laid in the tube barrel.
Secondly, a temperature relay is installed on the iron core in the tube barrel and the external radiator to prevent the machine from being damaged by excessive temperature. There is a flash light power supply for ray warning on the generator, which can be used for ray warning. End rings are installed at both ends of the X-ray generator, allowing it to be placed upright or horizontally for easy transportation.
