X-ray generator
The X-ray generator is a combination structure, with a high-voltage transformer (including X-ray tube filament winding) and X-ray tube installed in the same barrel. The barrel is made of aluminum and is sealed with sulfur hexafluoride (SF6 is a type of fluorochemical) insulation gas. It has good electrical insulation performance and chemical stability for high voltage, and is harmless to human health.
To facilitate the heat dissipation of the X-ray tube, an anode grounding method is adopted. A multi blade aluminum heat sink is installed at the protruding end of the anode target, and a fan is installed on the heat sink to force cooling to enhance the heat dissipation effect. A layer of anti scattering lead plate is also laid inside the barrel.
Secondly, a temperature relay is installed on the iron core inside the barrel and on the external radiator to prevent damage to the machine due to excessive temperature. There is a flash power supply for ray warning on the generator, which can perform ray warning. The X-ray generator is equipped with end rings at both ends, which can be placed vertically or horizontally for easy handling.
