The RD-3005 Series Industrial X-ray Flaw Detector is a compact, lightweight, and highly portable non-destructive testing solution designed for on-site radiographic inspection applications. With the ability to operate continuously for up to 15 minutes without requiring a 1:1 rest cycle, the RD-3005 significantly boosts work efficiency by 50% compared to conventional X-ray equipment. The portable generator weighs only 34 kg and boasts a sophisticated, compact design ideal for field deployment.
This product series is available in both directional (RD-3005) and panoramic/ circumferential (RD-3005TH)configurations, offering a maximum penetration depth of 50 mm in Q235 steel, making it perfectly suited for the radiographic inspection of chemical spherical tanks and large-diameter pipelines utilizing the double-wall single-image technique.
