The RD-2805 is a high-performance portable industrial X-ray flaw detector independently developed by Hangzhou Huiwei NDT Equipment Co., Ltd. As the designated non-destructive testing (NDT) product for China Jian'an's first 1,000 MW power generation unit, it stands as a definitive testament to exceptional reliability and industry-leading technical breakthrough.
 
This intelligent X-ray system delivers stable high-voltage output with short-duration exposure capabilities, rigorously proven to capture 10,000 radiographic images within a 30-day continuous testing period. Equipped with robust anti-interference technology, fully automated control, and comprehensive safety protection functions, it features a modular design and air-duct cooling system for uninterrupted, reliable operation.
 
Compact, lightweight, and highly resistant to vibration and impact, the RD-2805 is purpose-built for challenging on-site environments—including large-scale power plant installation, shipyard operations, elevated work, and confined space inspections.
