WHAT IS NDT RT:
NDT RT stands for Non-Destructive Testing using Radiographic Testing. It is a method of examining the internal structure of materials or components without causing damage, using penetrating radiation like X-rays or gamma rays. This technique helps identify internal flaws and defects, ensuring the integrity and safety of various structures and components across different industries
The RD-3505 is a small, lightweight, compact, portable industrial X-ray flaw detector with strong penetration, time and labor saving, high stability, low failure rate, and continuous 15-minute exposure operation without 1:1 rest. It is suitable for double-wall single-image radiography of chemical tanks and large-diameter pipes, improving work efficiency by 50%.
The equipment is lightweight and portable, with the generator weighing only 34kg, and features a compact design. This series of equipment is available in directional and circumferential versions, with a maximum penetration thickness of 55mm for Q235 steel.
