Production Introduction:
This portable magnetic yoke flaw detector is designed for magnetic particle inspection of coated ferromagnetic materials with a coating thickness of no more than 700μm. It effectively detects surface and near-surface defects with high sensitivity. The device's power supply includes a replaceable battery, effectively extending inspection time. The device consists of a magnetic yoke and a power supply, connected by a cable at the end of the yoke.
The electromagnetic yoke operates in AC variable frequency mode, with seven adjustable frequency settings for optimal sensitivity. The yoke offers strong lifting force and high sensitivity. The yoke is molded with a rubberized, one-piece seal, effectively preventing liquid intrusion and damage. The battery is integrated into the power supply, providing excellent overall waterproofing, even against small amounts of non-conductive liquids.
The yoke supports both white light and UV light illumination, which can be easily switched during use. The device is equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection to prevent damage in critical situations. The battery utilizes highly safe polymer batteries, and the battery protection circuit is well-designed, ensuring excellent protection and reliability.
The equipment is also equipped with a coating thickness gauge to verify on-site coating thickness meets magnetic particle inspection requirements.

The device supports multiple operating modes, including AC, DC permanent magnet, and coating, offering multiple functions in one device. The coating mode allows for continuous switching between different frequency levels to accommodate coatings of varying thicknesses.
